Telephone Readings

After agreeing a mutual date and time by email or telephone I will then send a PayPal invoice to you by email. You will then have 24 hours to purchase your reading by paying the PayPal invoice. Failure to do so will result of your allocated appointment to be released again to the general public.

On the agreed date and time you will telephone me to conduct the reading.

People outside the UK are welcome to order a reading. However the telephone call will be at your charge. In other words, if you reside outside the UK, you will have to phone me at the agreed date and time (GMT time or UK time) for your reading. Failure to do so will result in a lost appointment and no refund will be given.

All readings

Please note that in the unfortunate event of you cancelling the reading after purchasing it, I reserve the rights to give you a refund minus cancellation fee (50%) within 30 days.

My readings are for ‘entertainment’ purposes only; your decision to act upon any advice given in my readings is your responsibility and based on your free will. By purchasing a reading from me, you agree that you will not hold me responsible for the actions you take as a result of my reading.

Your email address and any other details will never be sold or given to any other party. Your email address may be used to contact you infrequently at a later date to inform you of offers or major changes to the site.

All payment is “up front” and there will be no hidden or further charges.

The Reader is happy to enter into discussion and clarification of readings, but reserves the right to discontinue if discussion exceeds the scope of the original request.

Your consumer statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions.
